Some procedures and examinations may be covered by insurance. At Dr. Roth’s office, we accept most major insurances, but we recommend that you contact the office before your appointment to confirm whether or not we accept your plan.

We make paying for your procedure easy and convenient. We accept cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa, Discover and American Express. We also offer financing available through Care Credit.

Please Note:
Non-covered cosmetic services are expected to be paid in full two weeks prior to the procedure date. A surgical date and time cannot be held if payment is not received.
